Hosting a Public Evening Ticketed Event

Thank you for enquiring into hosting a public Evening Ticketed Event.

A ticketed event runs from 7.30-9.00pm (times can be negotiated) and there is no presenting fee charged to your organisation. All of the marketing, advertising and ticketing for his evening events is done through Nathan’s marketing team. You don't need to do anything except provide the venue (minimum seating 300+) and help promote the event within your community. The tickets are sold on Eventfinda at approx $30.00 - 35.00 each and the general public buy directly through the website. We are able to give your organisation (school/community) first dibs at the tickets before we advertise on Facebook (if requested) so that you can make sure those people you were wanting to give priority to are able to buy them first and not miss out.

In return for organising the venue and helping to promote the event (we can send you posters etc to put in newsletters/on social media sites). We can provide you with a small number of complimentary tickets (normally around 10) and how you use those tickets would be up to you. You could possibly use these for fundraising purposes.  We can also provide discounted tickets that are accessed through a promo code made available only to your organisation (depending on the venue this can be up to 30-50 tickets). All of these options and more can be discussed further.

We have commonly been asked about fundraising. Different organisations use the ticketed event in different ways. Some have raffles or use different ways of earning revenue through having Nathan there, but the ticket sales can't be used for your profit unfortunately.

Venue Requirements: These are quite basic. There needs to be a minimum of 300 audience capacity / access to a data projector and screen/ access to a microphone (hands-free preferred). His presentation has no additional sound or lighting requirements.

The above is based on Nathan's availability.

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you have any further questions.
