2023 New Zealand Pricing Structure – Presentation Fees

Full Day Workshop (part-day/keynote) - NZ Presentations/Workshops

Monday to Friday : Price $5500 + GST + expenses 
Saturday/Sunday :  Price $7700 + GST + expenses
Between the hours of 9.00am-3.00pm (unless by arrangement)
Full day workshop is normally divided into 3 x 1.5 hour sessions
Maximum people - 150 (unless by arrangement)
No maximum for keynote speaking
Note 1 :  Upon securing a booking, clients are NOT permitted to sell tickets to Nathan's workshops unless by prior agreement. 
Note 2: Part-day/keynote presentation prices are the same as a full day as this reflects the loss of revenue where Nathan cannot book another event on that day due to travel.  If the keynote or part-day is in Auckland or attached to a ticketed event, discounts could be negotiated.  

Public Evening Ticketed Events

Clients pay no fee for a ticketed event however a venue is required. Nathan would prefer that if a workshop is booked, a ticketed event for the community is also organised.  This is due to the toll that extensive travel is taking on him and he has identified this new model as being a more time efficient way to get ‘the message’ out to both professionals and parents.   We are happy to answer any questions you may have after reading the info sheet.

Additional expenses that may be applicable

 Accommodation - Nathan prefers to fly in and out on the same day for New Zealand events. If this is not possible (due to timing and location of workshop ) then accommodation costs will apply.  

Flights - Nathan is based in Auckland, NZ. All flight costs will be charged to client.  Nathan books flexidate fares to allow for changes in his busy schedule.  In the case where Nathan has more than one event booked in a location, expenses can be shared between clients and we will automatically work these out.  

Transfers - All taxi, uber, rental car costs in getting to and from the event location will be passed on to client.  If you wish to provide all transport to lower costs, please let us know at time of booking.  

Workshop maximum numbers exceeded - If you wish your numbers to exceed 150, an additional cost may be added to the presentation fee depending on numbers.

Travel days -  If Nathan is unable to book other events due to long distance travel (e.g regional or international flights)  on days before or after a booked event, a travel day fee of $1100 may apply.  We will advise at time of booking

Invoices are sent prior or on completion of the workshop and are payable within 7 days.
